Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited at the Brainware University Kolkata. Those found involved in ragging will face appropriate disciplinary action by the Supreme Court of India's directive. The institution maintains a "Zero Tolerance Policy" in this regard and has established a committee dedicated to preventing and eliminating this unlawful practice from the campus.
Brainware University is located at 398, Ramkrishnapur Road, near Jagadighata Market, Barasat, Kolkata, West Bengal 700125, India. For those commuting by rail, the closest station to the campus is Barasat Railway Station which is only 2.5 km away. The Barasat Bus Stand is conveniently located just 2.2 km from the campus, facilitating easy access for students arriving by bus. If travelling by air, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport is approximately 13.8 km from Brainware University. To reach the campus from the airport or any other location, students have the option of hiring a taxi or cab service.
