KIAMS Harihar provides separate accommodation facilities for boys and girls. All basic amenities like security, electricity, and water supply are provided in the hostels. The hostels have fully furnished rooms and have a study table, bookshelf, wardrobe and many other facilities. The hostel fee is included in the total fee.
Established in 1991, Kirloskar Institute of Advanced Management Studies Harihar is an autonomous institution. It has been ranked as A++ consistently by Business India. KIAMS Harihar courses include B.Com, BBA and PGDM. KIM Harihar offers a two-year full-time flagship PGDM program, duly approved by AICTE and spread over six trimesters. The total student intake for the PGDM program is 180 and the total tuition fee including the hostel fee is INR 10.85 lakh.

Kirloskar Institute of Management, Harihar offers scholarships and funding opportunities to deserving students based on their academic and behavioural performance throughout the PGDM course. Here's how the scholarship structure works:
For students who have scored 95 percentiles and above in CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT entrance exams, a scholarship of Rs. 1,00,000/- towards the total course fee is available. This scholarship is applicable during the sixth trimester and for the sixth instalment, provided the candidate maintains a GPA/CGPA of 7.20 and above over the previous five trimesters.
Similarly, students who have scored between 90 percentiles and 95 percentiles in CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT entrance exams are eligible for a scholarship of Rs. 60,000/- towards the total course fee. This scholarship is also applicable during the sixth trimester and for the sixth instalment, given that the candidate maintains a GPA/CGPA of 6.413 and above over the previous five trimesters.
