KIMS Pune offers hostel facilities for Boys and Girls separately. The Institute is well-equipped with a big hostel: which provides a 2-seater Room and 3-seater room with a cooler, attached bathroom and other ancillary facilities including a Bed, Study Table, recreation rooms, Wi-Fi, Chair, Mattress, Bed Sheets, Pillow, blanket in winter and a separate almirah for each student. The hostel management of the institute is very particular in that the rooms are kept clear, clean airy and well-ventilated and maintain hygienic surroundings. The hostel fee is included in the total fee.
Kirloskar Institute of Management (KIM), located amidst the natural splendour of Pune. It is a privately funded educational institution having two campuses: KIM Harihar and KIM Pune. KIM Pune started operating in 2010 and got approval from AICTE. KIMs Pune provides a two-year fully residential flagship PGDM program to the students. The total student intake is 120 and the total tuition fee including the hostel fee is INR 12.50 lakh.

Kirloskar Institute of Management, Pune offers scholarships and funding opportunities to deserving students based on their academic and behavioural performance throughout the PGDM course. Here's how the scholarship structure works:
For students who have scored 95 percentiles and above in CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT entrance exams, a scholarship of Rs. 1,00,000/- towards the total course fee is available. This scholarship is applicable during the sixth trimester and for the sixth instalment, provided the candidate maintains a GPA/CGPA of 7.20 and above over the previous five trimesters.
Similarly, students who have scored between 90 percentiles and 95 percentiles in CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT entrance exams are eligible for a scholarship of Rs. 60,000/- towards the total course fee. This scholarship is also applicable during the sixth trimester and for the sixth instalment, given that the candidate maintains a GPA/CGPA of 6.413 and above over the previous five trimesters.
