Navale, an eminent academician having rich industrial and educational experience is the Founder President of The Matrix Educational Foundation's and Prestigious Sinhgad Technical Education Society. The Founder Secretary Dr. Mrs. Shilpa R. Kulkarni is a versatile entrepreneur who is totally focused, committed and a result oriented lady heading the organization. The Matrix School of Management Studies offers MBA with 120 intake.
To cater to the dynamic & emerging changes in the business eco-system by setting the “Centre for Excellence in Business and Management Education” that develops learning environment to harness individual strengths, inculcate right values & morals, develop value-based Leadership, take the onus of responsibility positively and ethically and chisel and channelize the potential of the students in a peaceful stride not only in the workplace but throughout in their entire journey of Life.
A spacious seminar hall is available, having the capacity to hold more than 200 students. It is equipped with LCD projectors, stage with speakers and light arrangement for conducting seminars,conferences, workshops and cultural events etc. Spacious and airy classrooms equipped with LCD projectors and speakers are provided. Wi-Fi connectivity in the classrooms helps in using the latest teaching techniques.
There is a minimum requiremnt of 50 % for the examinations accepted by the college.
The candidate should be Indian National. the candiadte should have a bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years with minimum percent of 50 (at least 45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only) or its equivalent.
The candidate should have pass one of these exams : CAT, CET , MAT, SNAP, XAT, ATMA

The Anti - Ragging Committee whose role is to monitor the measures taken by the Institute for prevention of ragging and for looking into the specific instances of ragging. The Anti-Ragging Squad shall keep vigil, surveillance and patrolling functions. It shall be kept on mobile, alert and active at all times and shall be empowered to inspect places of potential ragging. The Squad shall investigate incidents of ragging and make recommendations to the Anti Ragging Committee.
As per the Supreme Court of India order, anyone indulging in ragging will be punished appropriately. Institute has a 'Zero tolerance policy' in this respect.
