Ramachandran International Institute of Management (RIIM) is Pune’s 1st Corporate Style B-School and was founded under the guidance of Visionary leader, Educator and First-generation Entrepreneur Mr. Suraj Sharma in the year 2014. The MBA programme offered by the college is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune and the PGDM programme is affiliated to AIMA-CME.MBA has three types of programmes namely MBA (University Programme), MBA (University Programme + Employability), and MBA (University Programme+ Employability+ MDP). The course fee for MBA Employability is INR 5.40 Lakh & MBA Employability with MDP Course fee is INR 6.48 Lakh. PGDM Programmes are offered with different specializations like HR, Marketing, Finance, Agri-Business Management (ABM), and Pharmaceutical Management. The course fee for PGDM + IBEP-DUBAI is INR 7.20 Lakh and for PGDM + IBEP - UK / France is INR 10 Lakh.
Management Development Programme (MDP) is a two-week Residential programme in association with IIM Indore to provide quality Management developmental exposure to our students, wherein they shall undergo academic & and professional capsules to be conducted by the SMEs leading to certification. Any student can avail MDP programme by paying the additional amount Additionally, RIIM offers certifications in Artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), Six Sigma Green Belt, Business Intelligence, Capital and Derivative Market by NSE, and SAP certification. It also offers 500+ hours of Advanced Employability Programme.

The admissions at Ramachandran International Institute of Management (RIIM Pune) are done completely based on the competitive management entrance examinations that are conducted in the country on the national level. The applicant must have completed a Bachelor’s degree in any field from any statutory University approved by UGC with a minimum 50% mark (45% for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories) or applicants, who are in the final year of Bachelor degree, are also eligible to apply.
Candidates are required to take one of the entrance tests such as the Common Admission Test (CAT 2023), XLRI Admissions Test (XAT 2024), CMAT/ MAT/ MHCET / ATMA and AMMI Test 2024 - 25, As per DTE Process. The short-listed candidates for Group Discussion and Personal Interviews (GD & PI) may be communicated by posting on the website or by SMS, email, courier / speed-post.

Ragging in any form within or outside the campus is banned. Defaulters will be immediately debarred from the Institute and handed over to Law Enforcement Authorities.
Ramachandran International Institute of Management is situated behind Crystal Honda Showroom, Uttam Nagar, Bhunde Vasti, Bavdhan, Pune in Maharashtra(India) The nearest railway station is Khadki Railway Station which is 13 km away from the institute. Pune International Airport is approximately 21 km apart and Kothrud Depot is around 4 km away from RIIM, Pune. To reach the institute, Students can hire a taxi or take an auto-rickshaw.
