Hostel facility is available for MBA girls in Baya Karve Hostel complex on the campus. The 3-seated hostel rooms provide comfortable beds, cupboards, writing tables, adequate lighting, fans etc. The hostels have vegetarian mess-3 in nos. Hostilities are free to join any one of their choice. The hostels have facilities like common washing machines, 24-hours hot water with solar energy, ironing, indoor games, recreation halls with TV sets, PCO/STD booths, guest rooms for parents and a gym. 24 hours security is provided. Medical services are available by way of a resident doctor, nurses and a sick room. Dorm-representatives and matrons meet regularly to sort out difficulties, if any
‘Susvad’ canteen located on the campus, run by institutes’ sister unit Sampada Bakery. It provides snacks, bakery products, wholesome meals and, tea, coffee, cold-drinks, ice-cream buttermilk etc. Special care is taken to maintain hygienic environment, balanced diet and reasonable rates.
HNIMR, is an all-women management institute, established in 1995. It is affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University (formerly known as University of Pune) and recognized by All India Council for Technical Education & Director of Technical Education. It was accredited by National Board of Accreditation for the period 2008-2011. Further HNIMR was accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with A+ Grade for the year 2019 to 2024.
The mission of the institute is “To develop competent young professional women managers with the capability to contribute effectively in the challenging environment”. With an aim to make students ready for the corporate world, it aims to provide mostly practical knowledge to its students.
1. Graduate of any faculty of a statutory University with 50% marks (Reserved category 45%) and Appeared for CMAT 2019 (Conducted by AICTE) or Appeared for CAT (conducted by IIMs) / MAT / XAT ( conducted by XLRI) / ATMA (conducted by AIMS) for academic year 2019-20.
2. Candidates securing negative or zero score in CMAT or in CAT / MAT / ATMA / XAT / Association CET / Any other equivalent CET will not be eligible to get admission to MBA/ MMS/PGDBM/ PGDM course in the State of Maharashtra i.e. candidates with non-zero (one or more than one) score are eligible.

The Anti - Ragging Committee whose role is to monitor the measures taken by the Institute for prevention of ragging and for looking into the specific instances of ragging. The Anti-Ragging Squad shall keep vigil, surveillance and patrolling functions. It shall be kept on mobile, alert and active at all times and shall be empowered to inspect places of potential ragging. The Squad shall investigate incidents of ragging and make recommendations to the Anti Ragging Committee.
As per the Supreme Court of India order, anyone indulging in ragging will be punished appropriately. Institute has a 'Zero tolerance policy' in this respect.
