Symbiosis Institute of International Business (SIIB) was established in 1992 as an autonomous Institute. Eligibility:
a. Topper will be awarded scholarship based on academic excellence, a minimum GPA of 7.50 .
b. Students those who have cleared the courses without any backlog.
c. The student who has been awarded merit scholarship by the University shall not be debarred from stipend or any financial assistance from any other source.
d. In case a student is eligible for more than one scholarship/freeship by the University, he/she shall be awarded only one scholarship/freeship as per his/her preference.

The Anti - Ragging Committee whose role is to monitor the measures taken by the Institute for prevention of ragging and for looking into the specific instances of ragging. The Anti-Ragging Squad shall keep vigil, surveillance and patrolling functions. It shall be kept on mobile, alert and active at all times and shall be empowered to inspect places of potential ragging. The Squad shall investigate incidents of ragging and make recommendations to the Anti Ragging Committee.
As per the Supreme Court of India order, anyone indulging in ragging will be punished appropriately. Institute has a 'Zero tolerance policy' in this respect.
