XIME Bangalore provides a comfortable living environment for students. That’s why there are separate hostel facilities for boys and girls. The hostel fee for each student varies between Rs. 10,500 to Rs. 11,500 per month for ten months per year. This fee covers accommodation, meals, and additional expenses such as electricity, water, and housekeeping. Additionally, an annual Hostel Establishment fee of Rs. 6,000 will be levied, along with a refundable Hostel caution deposit of Rs. 6,000.

As per AICTE regulations, an Anti-Ragging Committee and the squad are functioning with some members to prohibit, prevent and eliminate the ragging inside the campus.
XIME Bangalore is located at Electronics City, Phase-2, situated along Hosur Road in Bangalore. The closest bus stop to the institute is the EIC City Phase-2 Xavier Institute of Management bus stop which is only 30 meters from the campus. For those travelling by train, the nearest railway station is SBC KSR Bangalore City Junction Railway Station, located 21 km away. If arriving by air, Kempegowda International Airport Bangalore is the nearest, approximately 51 km from XIME Bangalore. Students have the option to hire a cab or auto-rickshaw to reach the campus.
